Tristan + Maria's Laid Back Winter Wedding

Most weddings have a similar format, but occasionally we shoot one that has unpredictable elements to it.  This past weekend, we had the privilege of shooting a beautiful and unique ceremony for Tristan and Maria Swang.  

Because they had a private reception afterwards, Tristan and Maria decided to have their wedding party give speeches and encourage them during the ceremony.  Guests laughed, cried and were able to hear about a beautiful story unfolding between Tristan and Maria.  

The wedding party and Tristan and Maria’s family gathered at McNamara’s Irish Pub afterwards to celebrate.  The reception was befitting of the Swangs laid back style.  Everyone enjoyed food, drinks, told stories and laughed together before sending the Swangs off to Asheville, North Carolina for their honeymoon.
