Courtney + Jake Wedding

Last week we headed out to Graystone Quarry for Courtney + Jake’s wedding. We shot their engagement session there back in May as well and had a great time. We love being able to shoot with couples prior to their wedding. For one it’s more face time with the couple, where we get to know each other on a personal level. In addition it gives us a chance to find out what makes you comfortable, what you don’t like, and how you interact as a couple in front of the camera.

With Courtney + Jake it was Jake putting on like he didn’t like doing photos, but from what I saw, there’s not much his love for Courtney won’t get him to do (👊 Jake!).

Although their wedding day ended up being rainy and cold, Courtney was all smiles, and completely relaxed. Jake was reflective and you could tell he was taking the day, and the commitment he was making to Courtney, very seriously.

These two were surrounded by close friends and family, and you could tell how much everyone loved them. One pleasant surprise from the day… we had no idea how good of a dancer Jake was! All in all, it was a wonderful day, and we are loving this preview. We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we do.
