Carrie + Josh Wedding Nashville

We had a great time at the aVenue this past weekend doing photography and videography for the wedding of Carrie + Josh.  They live in New Jersey, but both love Nashville and chose Music City to celebrate their wedding!

The ceremony started after sunset in keeping with the couple's desire to maintain their Jewish tradition, so they had a cocktail hour before the reception.  A rabbi conducted the ceremony.  He had known Josh for three decades and recalled some fond memories for everyone's enjoyment. 

No traditional Jewish wedding reception is complete without the Hora (the chair dance).  Josh + Carrie were hoisted into the air by friends and family and were carried around while music played. 

Josh + Carrie had taken ballroom dance lessons prior to their wedding, and it definitely paid off.  The couple nailed the choreography of their first dance together.    

Guests enjoyed delicious food from Two Fat Men Catering and had a great time dancing to the NashVegas All Stars Live Band.  And, as always, Randi Events did a great job coordinating the wedding.
