ISES Meeting at Tailgate Beer

Last week Details Nashville had the privilege to help host ISES' Meeting (International Special Events Society).  The setting was held at Tailgate Beer located on Charlotte Pike in West Nashville.  Recently Details Nashville has taken over managing private events for this new brewery and tap room.  So we were very excited when presented with the opportunity to show off the space to the wonderful people of ISES!

he meeting was one full of creative and tasty food selections from some of the best caterers in Nashville - G Catering, Chef's Market, A Dream Come True, Chef & I, and Infinity Catering.  Beers brewed by Tailgate Beer were flowing all night long and were happily consumed by all of event pros at the meeting.  Music City Tents & Events provided the rentals and JD's Music took care of the music and lighting. Together they took one of Tailgate's empty rooms and transformed it into a new environment!  

The theme of the night was 'Food Trends In Nashville'.  Each caterer was given a song from local song writer and musician, Kyle Stallons, to create a dish based off of the song's title and lyrics.  This is where chefs get to let their creative juices flow as they can step outside the box and step up to the challenge of something fun and unique.  After everyone ate, drank, and mingled, there was a panel discussion with all of the caterers to discuss their song pairing menu creations and rising food trends in Nashville.
