Despite the spiking heat waves we have been experiencing in Nashville, we managed to have a wedding last weekend that wasn't 110 degrees!! Instead, it turned out to be a gorgeous day, full of sunshine and even a cool breeze 😎

Lindsey + Alex were married at Iris Woods, which was the perfect backdrop for their enchanting wedding. We grabbed drinks at Pinewood Social for our final consult and to review the wedding timeline. It was a fun and productive time since we also nailed down the remaining details of their big day. Our time together in person helped make us even more excited to shoot their wedding!

Everything was going as planned on their wedding day until an unexpected makeup debacle happened during the first look! All I can say is that when things like this happen, you have to pivot, roll with the punches, and make the best of it. Lindsey + Alex were champs and did just that! You can see in their blog how great things turned out, and we think we can let our photos speak for themselves.
