Hannah + Alex’s wedding day was smack in the middle of super hot weather, and then super wet weather. Somehow, they still managed to have a perfect wedding day!

Hannah + Alex had a few wonderful requests. First they wanted to do their first look at Belcourt Taps, where they met for their first date. As the story goes, they both ordered water, hours into the date, they both realized they’d been so enthralled in their conversations, that they’d not taken a single sip. A very good sign if you ask me. Secondly, they wanted a photo in front of the Vandy school sign, as they were both students there, and it was a beautifully formative time in their lives.

They had a lovely private ceremony, with just each other, an officiant, and myself, before going in for the larger ceremony with family and friends. It was a wonderful and intimate time that was a joy to capture.
